MUNCIE, Ind. — An investigation has been launched into vandalism reported at Congressman Luke Messer’s office in Muncie.
Tuesday morning, the Muncie Police Department found threatening posters that had been put up on the exterior of Messer’s office at 107 West Charles St. Muncie Police and the U.S. Capitol Police have set up a tip line to collect any date about the defacing of the property.
