COLUMBUS, Ind. — Human Services, Inc is accepting appointments and applications for the Energy Assistance Program. The income-based program is offered in Bartholomew, Decatur, Jackson, Johnson and Shelby Counties. Funds are distributed on a first come, first served basis.
The Income Guidelines at 150% are as follows:
