COLUMBUS, Ind. — A late Monday evening traffic stop led to the arrest of a Columbus woman.
Columbus Police reports state that at 11:53 p.m., an officer observed Angela Spencer, 39, riding as a passenger in a car. Spencer is known to local law enforcement because she has at least three active warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody and while being processed at the jail police say they found methamphetamine and a glass pipe in her purse.
Spencer has been charged with three outstanding Bartholomew County warrants, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
