NORTH VERNON, Ind. — North Vernon Police made a drug arrest following a call for service Monday around 8:20 p.m.
According to North Vernon Police reports, law enforcement requested and received a search warrant for the residence of Jonathan Russell, 39, in the 100 block of Hoosier Street. During the search, the report continues to say that they found 9.1 grams of methamphetamine, prescription pills and paraphernalia.
Russell has been charged with possession of methamphetamine, dealing in methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic needle, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.
