TAYLORSVILLE, Ind. — A 17-year-old Taylorsville girl was killed in tragic accident in her Heritage Heights home Wednesday.
Police reports indicate that Alie Haw, 17, had left the home around 11 p.m. on Tuesday without others in the home knowing. When Haw attempted to return through a large, double-pane window it fell on her, causing blunt force trauma to the neck. Family members notified police when they found her Wednesday morning. The cause of death was ruled accidental.
Haw was a home school graduate and a freshman at Ivy Tech Community College.
