COLUMBUS, Ind. – On January 24, Mill Race Center’s new MRC Connect program will present a lecture and performance of particular appeal to history fans. The event is free and open to the public.
Former long-time Mill Race Center director Bob Pitman will share his knowledge of United States presidents from 10 a.m. to 10:45. At 11 a.m., dancer, choreographer, director, actress, and storyteller Charlotte Battin will portray a Quaker woman and convey her character’s perspective of the Underground Railroad.
