FRANKLIN, Ind. – Redevelopment professionals from across the state who are members of the Redevelopment Association of Indiana (RAI) toured parts of Franklin on Thursday to learn more about the city’s successses and to take away ideas to their own communities.
The walking tour began at Franklin City Hall and continued by working its way through the downtown area. RAI members visited The Elevator, Garment Factory, B2S Labs, Main and Madison, The Pavilion, and Young’s Creek Amphitheater. After lunch, the group took in the Artcraft Theater before continuing on a bus tour of the Franklin Tech Park and Franklin Business Park.
Mayor Steve Barnett and Franklin Director of Community Development and RAI President, Krista Linke, hosted the event.
