NORTH VERNON, Ind. – North Vernon Parks and Recreation is looking forward to the grand opening of its new pool this Sunday. Now that Gov. Holcomb has okayed Indiana moving to Stage 4 of its five-stage reopening plan, the city can debut its newest entertainment feature.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Sunday at noon, right before the pool officially opens for the first time. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only 250 people will be allowed at the facility at any one time.
The cost to enter is $5 for anyone above the age of three. Daily hours are from noon to 6 p.m.
