ST. PAUL, Ind. – Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Conservation Officers are investigating an incident that led to a woman drowning within Hidden Paradise Campground, in St. Paul, on Monday afternoon.
Donna Kishbaugh, 61, of Westfield, was reported missing in the water at around 2:15 p.m. The victim was conducting SCUBA training when she disappeared.
DNR officers and Indiana State Police divers located Kishbaugh in 18 feet of water about 45 minutes later and she was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The investigation into the Decatur County drowning is ongoing.
