COLUMBUS, Ind. — NexusPark construction fencing will go up around the north side of the building on Monday, July 25, in preparation for the demolition of the former Goody’s space and other continued construction.
The fencing will close the entire north side of the property to public traffic, including the closure of the northern loop road to “through” traffic from Herman Darlage Drive to Central Avenue. All traffic on the east side of the property will need to use Herman Darlage Drive.
Parking will be available in the south parking lot in the Dunham Sports and Riviera Maya Mexican Restaurant area. Entry into NexusPark will be located at the entrance nearest to Riviera Maya. There will be no public entry on the north side of the building.
The fence is going up to ensure safety. All visitors will need to use the entrance between Dunham’s and Riviera Maya, which has now been made accessible. Click here for regular NexusPark updates.
