COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Indiana Slowpitch Softball Hall of Fame (CISSHOF) committee met Saturday morning and elected its 2022 inductees.
There were a total of 14 individuals selected. Two of the honorees were automatic choices because they are members of other Indiana softball Halls of Fame. The other twelve were voted in by the committee from the 40 nominees this year.
Also at the meeting, it was announced that CISSHOF continues to grow. It has added a women’s division to be chaired by Leanne Blackerby. The men’s division will continue to have Jerry Cox as its head.
The 14 new members will be inducted at the annual hall of fame banquet on Saturday evening, November 5, at the Eagles in downtown Columbus.
