INDIANAPOLIS – Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch and the Indiana State Department of Agriculture announced the winners of the 2022 Indiana Agriculture photo contest on Thursday, one of which was taken by a local resident.
The winning photos were chosen from hundreds of entries in four categories: Agritourism, Conservation, Faces of Agriculture, and On the Farm. Two winners were selected from each category, plus two others from an “overall” perspective. To be considered, the photo had to be taken in the state by an Indiana resident.
Among the 10 statewide winners was local photographer Forrest Michael Willey, of Seymour. His photograph was entitled “Lover’s Quarrel” and won in the Conservation category.
The winning photographs will be displayed in the lieutenant governor’s Family of Business offices in Indianapolis. You can also view them by clicking here.
