SEYMOUR, Ind. — The Jackson County Chamber announced it is hosting a debate between the Democrat and Republican candidates for the Indiana District 69 State Representative seat. It will be held at Seymour High School’s Earl D. Prout Auditorium on Thursday, October 6. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the event begins at 7 p.m.
Incumbent Jim Lucas (R) and contender Chad Harmon (D) have both agreed to participate in the debate.
Dan Robison, Director of the Jackson County Chamber, and Arann Banks, Director of the Jackson County Visitor Center will moderate the debate. The public is invited to attend this free event.
