COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus/Bartholomew County COVID-19 Community Task Force recently released its latest coronavirus numbers documenting a slight decrease in cases and hospitalizations.
Based on weekly data last collected on August 16, there was an average of 24 new positive cases per day, down from 26 the previous week. Columbus Regional Health’s COVID hospitalizations were at a daily average of 11 patients, down from 15 the prior week.
