COLUMBUS, Ind. – Bartholomew County Sheriff Matt Myers recently conducted a swearing-in ceremony for several new employees at the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office.
The hires include nurse Melissa Brown, medical clerk MacKenzie Brown, maintenance man John Rogoszewski, and correctional officers Skylar Harrison, Kaitlyn Burton, Brooklyn Oliver, Seth Burton, and Levi Burton.
Sheriff Myers praised the new staff saying, “I believe working in the Bartholomew County Jail is one of the, if not the, hardest job in all of county government. “I want to recognize these individuals for their commitment to serving our community and I welcome them to our Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office family.”
