INDIANAPOLIS – The National Weather Service (NWS) is alerting Hoosiers about a potential storm affecting areas across the state Tuesday into Tuesday night.
South-central Indiana appears to be under a Marginal Risk for severe weather, per current predictions.
According to NWS, here is what could happen:
- Storms may come in multiple rounds
- Threats are damaging winds, hail, and possible tornadoes
- The exact timing of the system is still uncertain
- Rain ahead of the line of storms will impact the ability of severe storms to the west of central Indiana to persist into south-central, Indiana
