COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health presents QMIX Musical Fireworks 33, “Honoring Our Heroes,” to kick off the four-day Independence Day holiday weekend this Friday, June 30, at Airpark Columbus.
The spectacular, patriotic, and choreographed-to-music fireworks display lights up the sky at 10 p.m. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and your loudest portable radio tuned to QMIX 107.3 to get the full effect of the fireworks being synchronized to the music soundtrack.
Prior to the fireworks display, the Ivy Tech parking lot will be filled with vendors offering games, face painting for the kids, food, and fun starting at 5:30 p.m.
More than 50,000 people are expected to attend the free Independence Day gift to the community, making it the largest one-day event in Bartholomew County.
