NASHVILLE, Ind. – The Brown County Community Foundation (BCCF) welcomes its new CEO, Alice Susemichel, on August 15 In this role, she will steer the foundation in its continued growth as the leader in local philanthropy and a catalyst for positive impact on all citizens of Brown County.
Dwight Thompson, BCCF Board of Trustees Chair, said, “I am honored to introduce our new CEO on behalf of the Board of Trustees, CEO search committee, community stakeholders, fundholders, and staff. Alice’s leadership experience, community engagement, and positive approach are critical as we move BCCF towards new levels of community support.”
Susemichel emerged as a top candidate after a thorough interview process and was approved by the Board of Trustees on July 31.
She previously worked at Marian University in Employer Relations. Alice has 29 years of corporate management insight as well as many years of volunteer service and leadership.
At the helm as BCCF CEO, she will work with Board, staff, stakeholders, professional advisors, and fundholders, to expand the Foundation’s impact by connecting people who care with causes that matter.
“I am honored to join BCCF as its new CEO. I look forward to working with our staff, board members, donors, and community partners to continue building a stronger and more equitable community for all of Brown County,” said Susemichel.
