COLUMBUS, Ind. – India Day, hosted by the Indian Association of Columbus, will be celebrated on Friday, September 8, from 4 to 9:30 p.m., in downtown Columbus. Event set up and closures begin at noon. Some streets will be blocked off to accommodate the event.
Fourth Street will be closed between Washington and Jackson Streets, and from Washington Street to Franklin Street. The Washington Street intersection remains open with security present to help pedestrians in crossing.
Musical performances, food, and booths are all a part of India Day in Columbus.
