COLUMBUS, Ind. – Accelera by Cummins has promoted two people to new roles within the company. Brian Wilson was named General Manager of eMobility and Andreas Lippert is now Vice President and General Manager of Electrolyzers.
“I am proud to announce these appointments within the Accelera leadership team as we continue to position the business to win in the electrification and hydrogen markets,” said Amy Davis, President of Accelera. “This represents the continued evolution of Accelera as we drive technical innovation and optimize our support of customers on their decarbonization journey.”
In an expanded role, Wilson will now lead Accelera’s new eMobility business, which provides a wide range of battery electric vehicle (BEV) products. This includes batteries, e-axles, traction systems, auxiliary controls and power, and electric powertrain integration.
Lippert will drive the electrolyzer business, which Cummins has identified as its most significant outgrowth opportunity, to scale its industry-leading technical innovation and support the growing global green hydrogen economy.
