GREENWOOD, Ind. – The Fry Road Waste Management Facility is now open for the season. Greenwood residents can drop off tree limbs for disposal or pick up free mulch for residential use.
It is located behind Fire Station 92, at 1244 W. Fry Rd., and is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You will need a driver’s license and a Greenwood Sanitation Bill for proof of residency and trash service.
This facility no longer has a cardboard recycle bin. Free bi-weekly recycling is provided through Best Way. For customer assistance, contact Best Way Disposal, Greenwood’s partner for trash and recycling services.
