COLUMBUS, Ind. – Along with other City office buildings, the Columbus City Utilities building will be closed to the public this Monday, April 8, but the drive-up window will be open. The lobby will reopen on Tuesday, April 9, at 7 a.m.
The drive-up window will be open for all customer service requests and staff will answer phone calls during regular business hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Call 812-372-8861 to speak to a customer service representative. Call the same number for emergencies after 5 p.m., and follow the prompts.
In case phone service is lost, temporary numbers have been established for that day only. If you cannot reach the main line, call 812-341-7577 if you have a water emergency. If you have a sewer emergency, call 812-657-2853.
