SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Seymour Police Department (SPD) released information Friday afternoon that on December 10, 2024, authorities received a report that a 21-year-old male had sexually allegedly assaulted an 11-year-old child.
Detectives conducted interviews and a suspect was eventually developed.
As a result of the investigation, on Wednesday, January 8, Enrique Gaspar Miguel, 21, of Seymour, was arrested for child molesting, a level 3 felony.
SPD investigators were assisted by the Indiana Department of Child Services and the Child Advocate Center, Susie’s Place in Bloomington.
