FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Franklin College Art Department is hosting a senior art exhibition from Monday, April 21, to Friday, May 2. The exhibit will be held in the Elba L. & Gene Portteus Branigin Atrium in the Johnson Center for Fine Arts, at the corner of Branigin Blvd. and Grizzly Drive.
An opening reception, on Monday, April 21, at 6 p.m., is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
Five senior art majors will be featured at the exhibition. During the reception the students will deliver short presentations about their works and their experience at Franklin College.
Seniors showing at the art exhibition include:
- Noah Chaplin, a graphic design major with an endorsement in digital fluency, is from Greenwood
- Sarah Mendoza, a digital fine arts photography major with an endorsement in digital fluency, is a resident of Indianapolis
- Emma Mills, a digital fine arts photography major, is a resident of Columbus
- Caitlyn Moore, a graphic design major, is from Greenwood
- Eric Walthour, a ceramics major, is a resident of Franklin
