EDINBURGH, Ind. – Sprague Hotel Developers recently announced that Holiday Inn Express and Suites Columbus/Edinburgh has received the 2024 Target Triumph Award from IHG Hotels and Resorts (IHG), a leading hotel company with over 6,600 global properties across 19 brands. This distinguished award recognizes hotels that achieve excellence in guest satisfaction, cleanliness, energy efficiency, and loyalty engagement.
Holiday Inn Express and Suites Columbus/Edinburgh is one of 696 Performance Awards honorees selected among the organization’s nearly 4,500 regional hotels in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America. The 2024 Target Triumph award was given to IHG hotels that have exceeded all guest experience metric targets.
