GREENWOOD, Ind. – Law enforcement authorities are looking into a shooting that occurred early Monday morning in Greenwood.
Greenwood Police Department officers were dispatched shortly before 3 a.m. They were called to an address east of I-65, near the intersection of East Main Street and Commerce Parkway E. Drive.
Officials say an individual sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to a hospital in Indianapolis.
One suspect has been apprehended. The details regarding the events leading up to the shooting are still being examined as the investigation continues.
