WHITELAND, Ind. – The towns of Whiteland and New Whiteland present Community Clean-Up Day on Saturday, May 3, from 8 a.m. to noon, at the Clark-Pleasant Bus Garage, 999 Front St., in Whiteland.
The free event gives the residents of both communities the chance to dispose of unwanted items like yard waste, electronics, household/office waste, construction debris, and appliances.
Items not accepted on Community Clean-Up Day are liquids, hazardous waste, tires, paint, household chemicals, and infectious waste.
