FRANKLIN, Ind. — A one-vehicle crash injured a Franklin woman Tuesday around 9:30 p.m. A report from the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department says Breana Miller, 24, was southbound on U.S. 31 when she ran off the road near County Road 250S. Miller went into a ditch and struck a culvert before coming to a stop.
Miller and her passenger, Mackenzie Patton, 8, were treated for cuts and bruises.
