GREENWOOD, Ind. — A speeding violation led to a drug arrest early Sunday around 1:45 a.m. in Johnson County.
Deputies pulled-over Joseph Vibbert, 33, of Indianapolis, for driving 54 mph in a 40 mph zone on County Line Road near Leisure Lane. During the investigation, police observed Vibbert putting a container in his front pocket. Police later determined the container had methamphetamine in it and he had a glass smoking device in his pocket.
Vibbert was arrested for driving while suspended, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of paraphernalia.
