NASHVILLE, Ind. — A Brown County man accused of attacking his brother this fall has been charged with attempted murder.
Police arrested Kenneth Guy, 58, after he reportedly hit his brother, David Guy, 56, in the head with baseball bat and then shot him. During a search, police found a baseball bat, an air rifle, drugs and paraphernalia. A Brown County judge approved the charges against Kenneth Guy on November 22.
The victim, David Guy, is currently in the Brown County Jail facing four counts of dealing in methamphetamine.
