COLUMBUS, Ind.—National Bike to Work Week starts today and Columbus leaders invite residents to Bike to Work on Friday, May 20th for Bike to Work with the Mayor Day. There will be several locations riders can meet and all groups will depart at 7:15 a.m. Mayor Jim Lienhoop will be riding the route departing from North Christian Church. Other departure spots include Blackwell Park, Eastside Community Center, Haw Creek Trail at 30th & Griffa Street, and the People Trail near the Westhill Shopping Center.
A light breakfast will be provided by CAMPO and the City of Columbus to bicyclists from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at the Cummins Irwin Conference Center Plaza on 5th Street in downtown Columbus.
