Greenwood, Indiana —The city of Greenwood is searching for a funding source to keep the police department properly equipped.
I addition to ammunition and body armor, the department needs to replace five to seven cruisers. It costs about $33,000 to get the cars road-ready for police.
The department also wants update their fifteen year old tasers and update the body camera systems. That is expected to cost $300,000 over the next five years.
