FRANKLIN, Ind. — Guns, electronics and cash were taken during a daytime burglary in the 1100 block of Hospital Road Monday.
The residents told Johnson County Sheriff’s detectives they left the home at 6 a.m. One of the residents returned to the home around 10 a.m. and at that time, nothing was out of place. Numerous weapons, television sets, and cash were reported missing when they returned home again at 5:15 p.m..
Detectives processed physical evidence at the scene, including a discarded cigarette butt. Police will use DNA testing to try and determine who is responsible for the crime. Any information about this theft can be left by calling 317-346-4654.
