FRANKLIN, Ind. — Franklin police are looking for a suspect in connection with the fraudulent use of a debit card.
A Marion County resident told police her card was charged $221.54 at the Walmart in Franklin. Investigators believe the charge was to activate a cell phone. The victim told police her card was never out of her possession and was not loaned to anyone to use.
