COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus police detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred around 9 p.m. Saturday, at the La Quinta Inn on Carrie Lane.
Employees told police a man entered the hotel, displayed a handgun, and demanded money. He fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a black male, about 6 feet tall, slender build, wearing blue jeans and a red and black sweatshirt. No injuries were reported.
