NORTH VERNON, Ind. — Jennings County deputies made a drug arrest during a routine traffic stop Friday around Noon..
Police observed a car driven by John Dearborn, 46, cross the centerline on Country Manor Road near Derbyshire Court. During the stop deputies conducted a search and recovered nine grams of methamphetamine, digital scales, paraphernalia and cash.
Dearborn was taken to the Jennings County Jail and charged with dealing in methamphetamine, trafficking with an inmate, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and driving while suspended.
