WHITELAND, Ind. – The Whiteland Police Department is seeking help in identifying the two men in the picture accompanying this story as they are wanted for holding up a convenience store Sunday morning.
Officers were dispatched at 6:12 a.m. to the Marathon gas station, at the corner of U.S. 31 and Whiteland Road (Main Street), after receiving a report of an apparent armed robbery. When they arrived, police learned that two armed individuals had allegedly entered the store displaying weapons and demanding cash. The two suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction.
