GNAW BONE, Ind. — The famous Gnaw Bone tenderloin is back! Local resident, Roger Sharp began serving the Indiana classic in 1996 and has spent the past few years traveling the state serving food at festivals and fairs. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
He has also operated catering businesses called Original Gnaw Bone Tenderloin and Gnaw Bone BBQ. The latest edition of the eatery is located at the intersection of State Road 46 and Old State Road 46.
