COLUMBUS, Ind. — Two Columbus residents were arrested for drugs after a traffic stop in the 700 block of Cleveland Street on Wednesday evening around 7:45.
Columbus police stopped a car driven by Nathaniel Jones-Knight, 18. While the vehicle was pulled-over, a canine alerted officers to the presence of narcotics. Police say they searched the car and found methamphetamine and syringes.
Jones-Knight and a passenger, Emily Parrish, 19, were arrested for possession of drugs and paraphernalia. Both were taken to the Bartholomew County Jail without incident.
