FRANKLIN, Ind.— Franklin Police are investigating a burglary in the 400 block of East Jefferson Street.
Around 2:25 a.m., officers noticed the front door to the Phillip’s 66 station broken. When they entered the building, they found items thrown around the store. Police are conducting an inventory, but did determine a significant amount of cigarettes were taken.
