NORTH VERNON, Ind. — North Vernon Police wrapped a weeks-long investigation with an arrest over the weekend.
Police reports indicate a search warrant was served at the residence of David Uberin, 58, on Sunday around 4:30 p.m. Law enforcement officers say they recovered paraphernalia, prescription medication and several pills that are believed to be a non-controlled substance. Uberin was taken to the Jennings County Jail and charged with possession of a legend drug without a prescription.
