COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Columbus Redevelopment Commission has recommended approval for the Phase Two State Street construction.
The $2.6 million project includes a walking path from Mapleton Street to the bridge over Haw Creek. The path will ultimately connect State Street with downtown and Mill Race Park. There will also be five green spaces, benches, landscaping and more than 6,500 bricks, of which, 900 will be engraved.
