FRANKLIN, Ind. — Franklin Police are looking for a suspect in connection with $400 worth of fraudulent purchases from the local Walmart in February.
Law enforcement reports indicate detectives believe the suspect was using a cloned or counterfeit card. Based on surveillance video, police believe the suspect used several cards before successfully completing the transaction.
