COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus city councilman from District 1, Dascal Bunch, has completed the provisions of his pre-trial diversion and expects the public indecency charges to be dropped.
The agreement required Bunch to pay $333.00, complete a mental health evaluation, and avoid any criminal infraction for six months.
Charges were filed by Indiana State Police after a neighbor accused Bunch of exposing himself. Court documents show the neighbor provided photographic evidence to police.
Bunch has told constituents that his pre-trial diversion is not an admission of guilt, and the charge will be expunged.
