BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. – The Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office is promoting a pair of deputies. Bartholomew County Sheriff Matt Myers announced the promotions on Monday.
Detective Jason Williams, moving up to the rank of Administrative Sargeant, returning to the Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Division. He previously worked as a Corrections Officer before becoming a Merit Deputy Sheriff in 2003.
Deputy Dane Duke has also been promoted to the rank of Detective. He has been with the Sheriff’s Office for 5 years. Duke will begin his new duties in BSCO’s Investigations Division on Monday, March 25.
