COLUMBUS, Ind.–The Columbus Airport Board of Commissioners introduced two tenants to the Columbus Airpark on Tuesday by approving two new leases. One lessee, NSP Real Estate, will be occupying the 3.15-Acre Lot 4 in the Towne Center minor subdivision behind the Elwood Staffing, near the corner of Central Avenue and Poshard Drive. The other tenant will occupy two lots near Poshard Drive and the end of Ray Boll Boulevard.
Airport director Brian Payne says that offices will also be built to house two undisclosed government agencies. Information regarding which agencies will utilize the spaces is expected to be announced closer to the facility’s groundbreaking, slated for Thursday, March 1.
