COLUMBUS, Ind.–The city of Columbus renewed its contract for its web and marketing services on Tuesday. At its weekly meeting, the Board of Public Works and Safety agreed to pay TD Advertising nearly $45,000 to maintain the city’s websites, social media pages, and other marketing materials. The firm has served in this capacity since 2012.
The contract approved Tuesday is an upgrade to the agreement last signed in 2016, which allotted for TD Advertising to devote 20 hours per month to various city projects. The new contract increases the company’s time dedicated to the city to 25 hours per month, and covers maintaining the website and social media presence, along with training city employees to utilize these resources.
