SHELBYVILLE, Ind. — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Department is looking for help in identifying four motorcyclists who could have been involved in the fatal crash that occurred on Friday, March 24, at 7:15 p.m.
According to police reports, witnesses say two motorcycles may have been driving recklessly on State Road 44 when the accident occurred that took the life a young mother from New Castle. Police believe both bikes are loud, cruiser-type motorcycles. Each was driven by a male with a female passenger. One of the females is believed to be in her 20s and was wearing a fluorescent green sweatshirt. They were last scene traveling west on State Road 44.
