GREENWOOD, Ind. – The city of Greenwood has released a list of road construction projects planned for the remainder of the summer. In total, about 5 miles of road will be resurfaced or restructured at an expected cost of $4 million. The amount of road work is significantly greater than the city’s norm due to a local income tax bond issued by the city earlier in the year for road improvements. Work is expected to begin within the next couple of weeks with the majority of projects being completed by fall.
