JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. – Franklin Community and Center Grove High Schools are going to begin training students in cybersecurity so that eventually they will be on the forefront of making sure credit card information is not stolen when shopping online.
Teachers at both schools will educate students so that they will be able to attain jobs as security analysts, cryptographers, and similar positions which aim to shield companies and individuals from electronic theft of information.
The two school districts each received $8,000 in grants through the Indiana Department of Education.
